All of the prices listed are in US dollars (USD).
Do you have a "gift" option?
Unfortunately we do not have a gift option, but in the future….
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
CHANGE - Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. 
CANCEL - We process orders daily so once an order ships we are unable to cancel it. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to 
customerservice@maaxa.com immediately, and include your order number in the cancellation request. 
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct since orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact customerservice@maaxa.com right away (don’t forget to include your order number).
What if I entered the correct shipping address, package shows it has been delivered, but I did not receive my package? 
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you place your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include delivery status information. Be patient because in some cases it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to customerservice@maaxa.com.

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
If your order totals over $50, we offer free ground shipping on all orders within the U.S. 
How fast is your shipping?
Once shipped, you should receive your order within 3-8 business days depending on where you live in the continental U.S. For our Alaska and Hawaii customers you should receive your order within 2-4 weeks. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No we do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.


What is your online return policy?
Good question… We accept returned merchandise in new condition, unworn condition, with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free within the U.S. You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. We monitor returned merchandise to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund, and then place a new order. This is our only way to monitor inventory and prevent mistakes.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed, and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it is on the way.
